Official Disciplinary Action and Removal of Mr. Ashirwad Amala Dharman from SIMFWA®

SIMFWA® TAKES DISCIPLINARY ACTION: A DETAILED STATEMENT ON THE REMOVAL OF A FORMER OFFICE BEARER

The SIMFWA® – National Integrated Modelling & Fashion Welfare Association, a Government-registered organization under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, remains firmly committed to upholding discipline, ethics, professionalism, and transparency across all levels of the fashion and modelling ecosystem.

In alignment with these core values, SIMFWA has taken decisive disciplinary action against Mr. Ashirwad Amala Dharman, who was serving as the National General Secretary of the association.

Official Removal from SIMFWA

After a detailed internal inquiry and review, SIMFWA has officially removed Mr. Ashirwad Amala Dharman from all positions and memberships with immediate effect. His membership has been cancelled and permanently removed from SIMFWA records.

This decision was taken unanimously by the SIMFWA Management & Governing Committee after careful evaluation of multiple complaints, documented incidents, and verified conduct reports.

Nature of Misconduct and Violations

1. Abusive and Unprofessional Verbal Conduct

Multiple members, artists, coordinators, and associates reported that Mr. Ashirwad Amala Dharman repeatedly used abusive, offensive, and threatening language during professional interactions.

Such verbal behaviour:

  • Violated SIMFWA’s Code of Ethics
  • Created a hostile and intimidating environment
  • Undermined mutual respect and professional decorum
  • Caused distress to members, especially junior artists and newcomers

SIMFWA maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward verbal abuse and intimidation, particularly from individuals holding leadership roles.

2. Aggressive and Disorderly Behaviour

The internal review found consistent patterns of:

  • Aggressive communication
  • Intimidation tactics
  • Disregard for organizational hierarchy
  • Behaviour unbecoming of a national-level office bearer

These actions were in direct contradiction to the responsibility, dignity, and discipline expected from someone representing SIMFWA at a national level.

3. Serious and Repeated Rule Violations

Mr. Ashirwad Amala Dharman was found to have violated multiple internal rules and operational guidelines, including:

  • Ignoring official protocols
  • Acting without authorization
  • Failing to comply with association policies
  • Disrespecting decisions of the Governing Committee

Despite repeated reminders and opportunities for correction, the violations continued.

4. Misuse of SIMFWA Name and Unauthorized Associations

The review identified instances where Mr. Ashirwad Amala Dharman attempted to associate SIMFWA with external entities without approval, including references to an unregistered entity operating under the name “DAAS Events.”

SIMFWA clarifies that:

  • DAAS Events is not registered, affiliated, approved, or recognized by SIMFWA
  • Any representation linking SIMFWA with such entities was unauthorized and misleading

Such actions risked damaging the credibility and trust built by SIMFWA over years.

5. Complaints of Financial Misrepresentation

SIMFWA received complaints indicating that individuals were approached under misleading assurances of opportunities, events, or benefits, without corresponding delivery of work or official authorization.

While SIMFWA does not comment on external legal matters, it categorically states that:

  • No individual was authorized to collect money, commitments, or representations on behalf of SIMFWA without written approval
  • Any such actions were outside SIMFWA’s mandate and ethical framework

6. Continuous Inactivity and Neglect of Duties

In addition to misconduct, Mr. Ashirwad Amala Dharman showed:

  • Prolonged inactivity
  • Failure to execute assigned responsibilities
  • Lack of accountability expected from a National General Secretary

Leadership positions in SIMFWA are service-oriented roles, not titles without responsibility.

Final Resolution

Based on the cumulative findings, SIMFWA resolved that continuing his association posed a serious risk to the organization’s integrity, members’ safety, and public trust.

Status Update

  • Member Name: Mr. Ashirwad Amala Dharman
  • Membership Number: 121224/04
  • Status: Cancelled & Permanently Removed

SIMFWA will not be responsible for unauthorized actions or misrepresentations by removed individuals.

SIMFWA’s Commitment Going Forward
